2026 Grantees
When Needs Rise, We Rise Together!
This has been our mantra all year long, and our members delivered! A record 511 members in 50 Giving Circles participated in our democratic collective philanthropy model in 2026. The result was seven fully-funded grants totaling $122,500 - a nearly 20% increase over last year. Since 2016, Ojai Women's Fund has awarded 95 grants to 45 nonprofits serving the Ojai Valley.
With these grants, Ojai Women's Fund will have achieved an exciting milestone:

Autism Society of Ventura County
Ojai Valley Expansion

Autism Society of Ventura County will expand services in Ojai, providing accessible programs and activities that foster community and connection for autistic individuals and their families.
Boys & Girls Club of Ventura County
Oak View Teen Center
$20,000
Supporting the Oak View Teen Center in providing local teens with a safe, supportive space for academic enrichment, leadership development, workforce preparation, mentoring, and social connection.
Food Share Ventura County
General Operating Funds

Food Share Ventura County provides food and essential supplies to Ojai Valley residents experiencing food insecurity through local distribution and community partnerships.
HELP of Ojai
Homeless Client Assistance Program
$20,000
HELP of Ojai will provide flexible emergency assistance to unhoused residents, addressing immediate needs such as shelter, vehicle repairs, documentation, and essential supplies.
Long Term Care Services, Inc.
Ventura County Ombudsman Program
$15,000
The Ventura County Ombudsman Program will expand advocacy, resources, and support for Ojai Valley seniors living in residential care and skilled nursing facilities.
O-Higher Ed
General Operating Funds
$15,000
O-Higher Ed provides college preparation, academic planning, tutoring, and application support to Ojai Valley students, particularly those who will be first in their families to attend college.
Secure Beginnings
ParentCare Newborn Home Visit Program
$20,000
Secure Beginnings will relaunch its ParentCare program, providing bilingual in-home support to Ojai Valley families during the first three months after childbirth.
